If products are in stock, we can deliver most items on the next day, subject to; them being available in store, they are eligible for home delivery, have a minimum load limit of less than and within within radius of the store.

Can I cancel my order?
If you’ve changed your mind, not to worry, you can call your collection store directly. They’ll be able to cancel and refund your order.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 3 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
When will I get my Refund?
We will refund you within 14 days. The refund will go back to the payment method you used when placing your order.
What should I do if I’ve already used or installed something which has developed a fault?
Please return the faulty item to a QCON store with all the components so that we can advise on the next steps. For your convenience, if the product has already been installed, please call our contact centre on +9714-3348881 and we’ll see if we can resolve the issue without the need to remove the product.
