How did I qualify for my Bronze Tier?
If you're new to QCON, your tier is determined by the value of your first QCON order. You'll be automatically enrolled into the loyalty programme within 30 days after your first purchase. Going forward, your tier is based on your spend during your membership year. You can upgrade at any time during your membership year.
What are rewards?
Rewards are an exclusive set of incentives for QCON Royalty Reward Club members. Each tier has an assigned set of rewards. The higher your tier the more rewards you receive.
How and when do I receive my rewards?
Your available rewards are displayed on your QCON Royalty Reward Club dashboard, which you can find in your account. Make sure you're subscribed to our push and email notifications, so you don't miss our time-sensitive rewards. You can check and update your communication preferences in your QCON account.
How do I move to a higher tier?
Once you meet the next tier's spend threshold, you'll be upgraded within 30 days after your qualifying purchase.
How long does it take to be upgraded?
You'll be upgraded within 30 days after your qualifying purchase. Returning items from your order may affect your upgrade.
Can I track how close I am to the next tier?
You can see your progress on your QCON Royalty Reward Club dashboard, which you can find in your account. Make sure you're subscribed to our push and email notifications, so we can update you when you are close to changing or retaining your tier. You can check and update your communication preferences in your QCON account.
How long do I have my current Access tier status for?
Unless you're upgraded, you'll stay in your tier for 12 months. If you meet the spend threshold for your tier, your rewards will be extended for another 12 months. If you exceed the spend threshold, we'll upgrade you to the next tier.
What happens if I don't spend enough in a year?
You'll move down one tier.
How many tiers does Access have?
There are four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
Can I opt out of QCON Royalty Reward Club?
Of course. To opt-out of our loyalty programme, go to your QCON Royalty Reward Club dashboard and select 'Leave QCON Royalty Reward Club' at the bottom of the page. Please note, you can only do this on the QCON website, not on the app. Once we've processed your request to leave the QCON Royalty Reward Club programme, all of your accrued spend will be removed from your QCON Royalty Reward Club account and you'll lose your tier status. If you change your mind, you can rejoin the loyalty programme by contacting our global Customer Service team. Please note, if you rejoin the QCON Royalty Reward Club programme you'll be treated as a new QCON Royalty Reward Club member and will not be able to reinstate your previous tier or spend value.

How does it work?
On each item an amount of QCON COINS is indicated. QCON COINS will be directly credited to your account, once the products have been shipped to you.

When placing your order, please log into MY ACCOUNT and choose the option to redeem QCON COINS (the system will automatically subtract a discount equivalent to the number of QCON COINS accumulated.) Please make sure that you have not introduced first a promotional code before redeeming your QCON COINS.
Leave a product review
To earn QCON COINS when leaving a product review, you first need to log into MY ACCOUNT. Once your review has been approved, QCON COINS will be credited directly to your account. Please keep in mind that all reviews have to be checked manually to avoid fake reviews.

What can I spend my QCON Royal Club reward vouchers on?
Your QCON Royal reward vouchers can be used when shopping in store and online.
Some exclusions apply - including some promotions, the purchase of gift cards, orders made in store and delivery charges.
I've not received my QCON Royal Club registration voucher and it's been over 24 hours. What should I do?
Your welcome voucher should arrive within a few days of your registration.
If not, it may have landed in your spam, junk or promotions folder. Adding rewards@qconme.com to your email safe senders list might also help. If the voucher has still not arrived, please contact customer service for assistance.
Please note that welcome vouchers are only sent to new members, when you first register.
